Οι πεταλούδες είναι ένα σύμβολο για πολλές διαφορετικές έννοιες – την ελπίδα της μεταμόρφωσης αλλά και μια υπενθύμιση του εφήμερου της ζωής. Το χορευτικό σχεδόν πέταγμά τους είναι σαν να μας λέει ότι δεν χρειάζεται να παίρνουμε τα πράγματα και τόσο σοβαρά. Ο βασικός συμβολισμός της πεταλούδας, είναι ωστόσο η μεταμόρφωση. Η καινούργια μορφή μετά την εγκατάλειψη του κουκουλιού. Μία πετυχημένη παρομοίωση για όποιον σκέφτεται μια μεγάλη αλλαγή. Δυνατό σύμβολο της μεταμόρφωσης μέσα από διαφορετικά στάδια, η πεταλούδα μας δείχνει ότι η αλλαγή είναι αναπόσπαστο μέρος του κύκλου της ζωής και όχι απαραίτητα κακό. Πολλές θρησκείες και πολιτισμοί έχουν συνδέσει την πεταλούδα με τις έννοιες της ελπίδας και της ψηχής.

Σύμβολο της ελευθερίας και γούρι, η πεταλούδα πάντα φέρνει αισιόδοξα μηνύματα και διακοσμεί τα ρούχα με ευχάριστες εικόνες.

Στον Emporio Armani, οι πεταλούδες φαίνονται σαν να είναι έτοιμες να πετάξουν από το φόρεμα.

Ενώ στον Armani είναι πιο διακριτικές και ρομαντικές, κεντημένες πάνω σε ημιδιάφανο μετάξι.

Ο Roberto Cavalli προτείνει εμπριμέ εμπνευσμένα από τα σχέδια των φτερών της πεταλούδας.s

Όπως και στα μικρότερης κλίμακας εμπριμέ στους AB/SOUL και Mariella Burani.

Επίσης στον Angelo Mariani, βλέπουμε μεγάλες πεταλούδες να αντικαθιστούν το μπούστο του φορέματος.

Στον Byblos, η πεταλούδα δεν είναι απλά μια λεπτομέρεια, αλλά ολόκληρο το φόρεμα. Τα μανίκια σε σχήμα φτερών είναι άνετα και σε κάνουν να θες να πετάξεις μακριά από την πραγματικότητα.

Μεγάλα prints σε κόκκινο, μπλε, πράσινο και φουξια πάνω στα little black dresses των Rocco Barocco.

Θηλυκό, αιθέριο και σύμβολο ανανέωσης. Η πεταλούδα διαδέχεται το αστέρι ως το motif du jour για το 2009.

Ωστόσο, αποφύγετε τα πολύ έντονα στρας και λεπτομέρειες – η πεταλούδα αυτό το καλοκαίρι συνδυάζεται απαραίτητα με κομψότητα.

Όχι μόνο ρούχα… Αλλά και αντικείμενα πόθου ως τέλεια αξεσουάρ…

The butterfly effect

Butterflies can symbolize many things – from the hope of resurrection, to the reminder of the ephemeral of life. Their flight appears as dancing, and a reminder not to take things so seriously.

The butterfly is a powerful symbol for transformation. It leaves the safety of the cocoon in it’s new form. This is an excellent image for anyone contemplating, or in the midst of a major change. A butterfly is a strong symbol of metamorphosis, with distinct stages. Change and transformation are inevitable for us all, but it does not have to be traumatic. Butterfly symbolism is also closely tied to the idea of spirits and souls. It has been used in many religions and cultures.

2009 brings a new emblem into our wardrobes: the butterfly.

Symbol of freedom and lucky charm, the butterfly means the wish of a long time of peace, a quite life and more cheer. The butterfly decorates clothes with sensuality and good mood.

From Emporio Armani, the printing butterfly seems to want to come out of the dress

while the butterfly perches on Armani’s dress, with see-through silk embroidery.

Roberto Cavalli suggests a printing with motifs very similar to the butterfly’s wings.

The butterfly tries to be an integral part of the dress and becomes printing for AB/SOUL and for Mariella Burani.

The embroidered sequence stained butterfly by Angelo Mariani stylist, who proposes these for the top of the dress.

Full prints for Byblos, where the butterfly is not simply a dècor, but the whole dress. Sleeves flared like wings and flutteringly comfortable for fluttering clothes, that to make us want to escape from everyday reality.
